Gravity cask at day 2 of the 40th Pigs Ear Beer festival, Round Chapel Hackney, 04/12/24.
Hazed orange topped with a lasting just off white head.
Nose is mellow citric zest, grass, airy malts.
Taste comprises tangerine, grass, light breads, melon.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with mellow hop bitterness.
Okay cask pale.
