We’ve used 7 varieties of hops to create a creamy, tropical sessionable beer - Amarillo, Galena and Simcoe in the whirlpool and Mosaic, Citra, Equinox and Cashmere as dry hop additions. For the creamy mouthfeel we’ve used copious amounts of Oats and Vienna Malt. A real flavour tease to the senses that you can stick with all night long.

ABV: 4.6%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy - fizzy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, tropical fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light light heavy bitter with a average to long duration, tropical fruit, citrus, sweet malt, fruity hops, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20191011]
