Pours dark brown to black with almost no head. Aroma: plenty of bourbon barrels, cocoa beans, rich dark chocolate and vanilla. Taste: inmense bourbon barrels, rich vanilla and dark chocolate layers. Rich and balanced. Long aftertaste.

Bottle sample @ Peders. Black without head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, coffee, vanilla and bourbon. Flavor is very sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet finish with warming alcohol. Oily and soft. 211123

Tap@Peders Stout V4 Event, Copenhagen (30/09/2023) - dark roasted and sweet malty with big coffee roast, velvety opulent chocolate, full bodied with a thick mouthfeel, bourbon, vanilla and coffee roasted lingering dark malty close. Beautiful.
