whiteferrari is a beer that has been a long time in the making. We've been experimenting with different malt and hop combinations through other recipes, trying to find what we believe is the best of both worlds rolled into one DIPA. Clocking in at 8%, this luxuriously soft DIPA is hopped intensely with 50/50 Citra and Galaxy(and a ton of it!). We used the freshest crop available of each hop to give this DIPA the most expressive hop character possible.

Draft pour, 12 oz at Special Brews. Smooth, slick hazy, drinks under imperial, mixed stone fruit.juicy orange. Nice plend of tropical and citrus from this intriguing hop bill. A standout hazy for sure. Enjoyed this.

Very hazy bright orange colour, minimal off-white lacing; aroma and taste of dill, grassy, lemongrassy, peach, orange, grapefruity, tropical fruity and syrupy-caramel notes, as well as spicy-horseradish-like aftertaste; good one

Can - milky gold with a thick, well-sustained head - this is interesting in that, while a hazy in appearance and texture, in aroma flavor it is more like a west coast IPA - fairly dry, with a strong hop bitterness and spiciness and a dank finish - dry and highly bitter finish - I appreciate it sort of splitting the difference between the two styles.
