whiteferrari is a beer that has been a long time in the making. We've been experimenting with different malt and hop combinations through other recipes, trying to find what we believe is the best of both worlds rolled into one DIPA. Clocking in at 8%, this luxuriously soft DIPA is hopped intensely with 50/50 Citra and Galaxy(and a ton of it!). We used the freshest crop available of each hop to give this DIPA the most expressive hop character possible.

Pours gold into a shaker. White head with medium retention recedes to nothing. Melon and berry aromas. Dry and astringent with melon, white grape and apricot. Abrupt pith finish.

Can (8/3/23) pour from Andover Classic Wines. An opaque dark orange/tangerine juice with nice sparkle, finger-width off-white head with decent retention and nice rings of lacing. Aroma is strong juicy citrus and tropical fruit. Taste is strong juicy tropical fruit over citrus/grapefruit. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste. Not complex but quite juicy and look and feel are great.

Can at home, 21st October 23. Pours a hazy orange yellow, head dissipates to lacing. Aroma is grapefruit and bitter lemon and oranges. Taste is bitter marmalade, pithy, some resin, a little sweetness which then evaporates to a long bitter grapefruit and bitter marmalade finish and linger. Banging

Panda at home, thanks to the Wingmane, 21/10/23. Hazed orange with a just off white cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is bitter orange, grass, pine resin, dank chimes, grapefruit. Taste comprises ripe tropical fruits, grapefruit, pine needle, dank spike, grass, hop spice, guava. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy come resinous hop bitterness. Solid bitter leaning DIPA.

Definitely has a bit of a west coast/NEIPA hybrid vibe here. More malt and body than your average Veil beer for sure. Lots of lemon and a little pepper. Murky orange pour with decent head. A hint of tin. Some green onion in the finish, but relatively light. A decent amount of bitterness for the Veil. Maybe they are slowly learning how to make a West Coaster, bit by bit. Canned 8/3/23, drunk 8/17/23. Moderately hazy, deep bronze. Small, white head, moderate-to-low retention. Nose is juicy, though also with some punchiness to it in the form of pineapple-melon and light coconut. Bitter citrus and hints of pines with heavy cracker malt and maybe even a touch of toast and/or alcohol. Similar flavor with very grainy/coarse malts that do nothing to help the punchy, moderately bitter citrus and pineapple. Some juice and reasonably attenuated, but just not the hop or malt character I'm looking for in this type of beer.

Draught at Ale Arsenal. Hazy orange-yellow with white head. Moderate citrus aroma follows through with a massive orange and dank aroma. Moderate bitterness.

Can from the source: pours opaque yellowish haze with a white head. Aroma is loads of citrus, pineapple, tropical fruitiness. Body is medium. Taste is super fruity, but also pretty dry. Solid.
