whiteferrari is a beer that has been a long time in the making. We've been experimenting with different malt and hop combinations through other recipes, trying to find what we believe is the best of both worlds rolled into one DIPA. Clocking in at 8%, this luxuriously soft DIPA is hopped intensely with 50/50 Citra and Galaxy(and a ton of it!). We used the freshest crop available of each hop to give this DIPA the most expressive hop character possible.

16oz can, looks like the definition of the style, opaque apricot orange with some lacing, creamy white head. You can smell this as the can is poured, green and grassy, fresh citrus, almost a little garden house, flower pollen, big big citrus. Flavor follows right along, just fresh orange and bright grapefruit and meyer lemon, papery, pithy, grass, a touch rubbery but I don't mind, some gristy/flour notes. Finishes creamy, only lightly bitter. Crazy drinkable.

From tap at MBCC. Hazy yellow orange color with white head. Malty and hoppy aroma, grassy, floral, tropical fruity, citrusy fruity. Sweet and bitter taste like aroma. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

(Tap sample @ MBCC 2017 Green Session, Copenhagen) Pours murky orange juice-like with a white head. Notes of lots of tropical fruit mix, especially mango, papaya, floral things, also orange, grapefruit, peach, light dank weed, juicy and ripe, light malt hint, a little sweet through the sip with a fairly dry finish and moderate weed resin and zest bitterness. Medium bodied, average carbonation. Nice modern tropical juice bomb with a little bite, tasty.

[ As The Veil Whiteferrari ].Unclear matt medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, herbs, citrus, floral, hop pellets, melom. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, floral, herbs, hop pellets, melon, citrus, fruity hops.
