whiteferrari is a beer that has been a long time in the making. We've been experimenting with different malt and hop combinations through other recipes, trying to find what we believe is the best of both worlds rolled into one DIPA. Clocking in at 8%, this luxuriously soft DIPA is hopped intensely with 50/50 Citra and Galaxy(and a ton of it!). We used the freshest crop available of each hop to give this DIPA the most expressive hop character possible.

MBCC. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and moderate hoppy - fruity and citrus. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish. 130517

Sample at MBCC 2017. Hazy yellow with a white head. A lot of tropical fruit and citrus both in the aroma and taste. Also juice and some light hay. Medium body and bitterness. Really refreshing.

Provad på MBCC-17. Blekgul, disig. Mängder av citrus och tropisk juice. Tydlig vetekaraktär. Snarlik Dirt Nap men stråt vassare och som ofta med NE-IPor är den svagare bättre. Riktigt gott

0,05l from tap at mbcc green session shared by / with the crew. yellow cloudy color, small white head. smells of passion fruit, mango, bit citric, lemon grass, bit zesty. very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of mango, passion fruit, grassy, light oasts, bit zesty. finishes light to medium bitter with notes of oats, mango and passion fruit. very smooth one very good to drink. lovely beer 8, 4, 9, 4, 17

Sampled @ Mikkeller Beer Celebration 2017, Green Session. Sehr trübes leuchtend goldgelbes Bier. Geruch ist sehr hopfig bitter, grasig, fruchtig, Aprikosen. Geschmack ist extrem hopfig fruchtig, Aprikosen, grapefruit, toll.
