ABV: 3.5%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, pine, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet malt, pale malt, pine, citrus, hop oil. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20171208]

Cask at the St. Ives 'Booze on the Ouse' beer festival, 2017. Pours amber with a small white head. Aroma of fruit, caramel, hop and floral notes. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Light body, watery texture, soft carbonation.

Cask @ St Ives Boozeon the Ouse festival. Medium head with medium duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are bitter hops, caramel, grass and malt. Nice bitter finish.
