Huge thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Beer in the glass amber coloured, almost no head. Fruity sourish aroma. Starts dry, sourish, woody notes as well. Fruity notes of berries, some pepper. Earthy malty finish, less sourish. Interesting one!

Bottle shared in Watford - many thanks to Fergus. Pours lightly hazed gold with a frothy, white head. Tart and clean, somewhat drying, some lemony bite, modest acidity. Light bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Lightly drying finish, further citric acidity. Very nice.

Bouteille de 75cl @ La Tana partagée avec Vincent, Kevin et Adrien.
BB Nov 2031, bottled Nov 2021.
Dorée-orange, col fin blanc.

Panda at home, thanks to Dave, 01/10/22. Almost clear golden to light copper with an off white head that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is mild funk, hedgerow, apple core, lemon rind, green berry must, vinous notes, damp straw. Taste comprises tarte citric shreds, acidic bite, funk, barnyard, damp alleyway, green apple, hay bale, tarte fruit esters. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent approachable and flavoursome sour, if not from Mills top drawer!
