Our second forray into the Cold IPA.
Mashed with plenty of flaked rice for dryness and light floral notes. Hopped assertively with T90 and cryo hops in the boil and whirlpool before being fermented warm with our go to lager yeast.
Dry hopped with a punchy blend of Citra, lot selected Simcoe, Azacca and Loral.
Drinks like a hoppy mimosa; spritzy, crushable and refreshing.

Draft. A cloudy golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits, malt, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrus fruits, malt, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

Sample at MBCC2024, Copenhagen. Colour is cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, hops and malts. Nice!
