Handpump @Luppolo Station (Rome). Nera/bruna intensa, schiuma ecrù/beige media.

Cask at Craft Beer Co, Islington, London. A black coloured pour with a thin beige head on top. Roasty, chocolate, berry fruit aroma. Tastes roasty, chocolate, berry fruit, slightly tart and slightly sweet. Very nice porter, easily the best I’ve had from Five Points.

Cask. Gravity dispense. Leeds IBF. Clear, dark, chestnut brown. Minimal head. Cocoa. Light tar. Vine fruits. Hint of smoke. Hint of cardboard. Taste is woody, light, yeasty dry. Some sweetness, at the end, on the lips. Chocolate smooth palate. Finish is dark chocolate dry, and light bitter. Very nice.

On cask at the Kings Arms Bethnal Green. Black beer lasting tan head. Liquorice chocolate flavour. Bit too much liquorice for me. Some ok chocolate . Not much condition. Just not for me.
