Cask at Old Fountain. It pours clear gold with a small white head with a medium white head. The aroma is musty, earthy, cereal, musty, cracker, dirt, hay, damp grass and leaves. The taste is crisp, dry, bitter, pithy, zesty, grassy, straw, musty, dirt, cracker, resin, floral and spice with a drying finish. Medium body and fine carbonation carbonation. Okay, a bit harsh perhaps.
