French Mistral, German Callista and American Citra hops lend their intense, fruity hoppiness to our most nostalgic sour ale.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: hazy orange to amber color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely and left a little bit of light lace
Aroma: funky to mixed citrusy to sour to subtle floral and herbal character; light bready malts
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet funky to sweet floral coupled by a sour to tart green apple character sliding in for balance; finishes semi-sour with a green apple tart quality
Texture: light to medium bodied, leaning into being a sipper; some smoothness but also a speck of sour funky tones nicking the tongue
Overall: not bad sour ale, I might be able to come back to this.

From my brother: pours slightly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is funky, floral, somewhat fruity. Nice hoppy notes with a not very acidic sourness. Pleasant.
