(tap) hazy, bright pinkish colour with a small pinkish head; aroma of sourness, sour fruit; tart flavour it’s a long, light tart finish

Mikkeller DTLA tap: pours red with a white head. Aroma is hibiscus, tamarind, and yeast. Taste is a bit sour, lots of tamarind, flowers. Interesting. Has some complexity.
