From my brother: pours a moderate amber with a nice large beige head. Aroma is earthy, hints of pine, bit of bread. Not sure if this was at peak freshness or if the amber IPA was supposed to be this way. IBU did not seem as high as stated on the can, but this was still pretty bitter, somewhat sticky, light sweetness. Still it was pretty easy to drink and did not dry you out like the hopbombs of yesteryear. Solid beer.
