Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: rustic amber colored with a finger and a half's worth of white foamy head which slid off at a fair pace; mild lace
Aroma: apricot/peachy tones, lemongrass, floral hoppy tones, light melon; subtle lime (but really far underneath)
Flavor: blends all the prior noted aromas together in a semi-sweet to grassy and stone fruit quality; finishes grassy with some stone fruity tones
Texture: light to medium bodied, semi-sessionable; some smoothness along the tongue; but also some dryness
Overall: I would definitely return to this saison again.

Can - this fucker exploded all over my kitchen - eventually pours a hazy light gold with a loose, soapy lace - aroma of zesty citrus and pepper, along with some melon - full, frothy carbonation - medium dry, with white grape, pepper, pear - light dusty, flinty character - finishes lightly bitter, with some background bugginess that kind of sticks to the tongue.

Somewhere... probably the Beer Store in Southampton: pours orange with a white head. Aroma is farmhouse, flowers, fruitiness. Taste is lightly bitter. A tad sweet. Mostly dry. Pretty solid.

Can. Pours clear yellow with a foamy off-white head. Aroma of yeast, but of fruit, mild funk. Taste follows nose with hints of lemon, white pepper. Finish is mildly tart and dry.

Pour looks like lemonade with a large white head. Aroma is super funky, fruity yeast esters with some peach as well. Flavor is again funky and fruity with some lemon citrus tartness. Finish is some creamy yeast ester. Never mind the dry hopping to this beer, it does not come into play much, this is just a well made saison with a big ester profile.
