Can. Light gold in color with a three and half finger head. Aroma has wisps of light citrus fruit, spice and grains. Taste is basically the same.

Owl Farm, Brooklyn tap: pours light haze with a white head. Aroma is yeast, lemon and flowers. Taste is tangy and a bit spicy. Light hoppiness. Super light body. Solid enough.

Tap at Half Barrel Beer Project who had a tap takeover the other day but still pouring 7 EO very exciting. I plan on stopping here this summer so nice pre cursor and I’ll always try new grissette. Light yellow pour small soapy head. Nose is light grass and citrus. There is stinky cheese event going on so tough to cut through that. Tastes lovely of grass, lemon, some dough. Light crisp and just what you’d want from style.
