Draft at Burnside Brewing in Portland, OR on 29 May 2013. Poured a dark ruby colour with a thin off white head. Aroma of dark malt, dried fruit and light coffee. Malty flavours with notes of molasses and some grassy hop. Moderate to slightly watery mouth feel. Finishes with lingering liquorice, treacle and dry grains.
