Pilsner has been a style we’ve produced from day one. We were one of the very first micro-breweries in London to produce a lager style beer. A classic pilsner, hopped with Saaz which adds pleasant floral, spicy and herbal overtones to the beer.

Can shared with JMD at Bjørnøy 30.06.18. Translucent golden. Bright white head and lacing. Inviting and refreshing aroma and taste of Czech hops, meadows, fresh grass, succade and pilsner malt. Medium bitterness. Lively mouthfeel. Very quaffable on a nice summer’s day.

0,33 boks delt med maskiningeniør Ovesen etter reparasjon av påhengsmotoren: lett uklar gylden med ok skum. Fin, floral aroma med urter og undertoner av bitterappelsin. Ren og god pilsnersmak med pepperaktig bitterhed i afslutningen. Crisp as a cracker!

Can from Fresh Fields Market Croydon and drunk at home. Clear deep gold colour, lasting cream head. Malty lager aroma. Decent enough stab at a malty Czech pilsner I thought. Some peppery hoppy finish. Fullish in mouth, good mouthfeel. Good malty pilsner.

On tap at Craft Room in the summer of 2017. Murky golden, medium off-white head. Very grainy, sweet malts, white bread aromas. Crisp. High carbonation, thin body, light finish.

Bottle 330ml. @ The Shnoodlepip, London. [ As Brick (UK) Peckham Pils ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, pale malt, earthy, cheese whey - cheese - cream. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet malt, earthy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160731] 5-3-5-3-10

On tap at Garden Brewery Zagreb. Unclear pale golden coloured, small white head, mild grassy nose. Sweetish malty, light grassy, notes of hops and moderate bitterness in the finish. Drinkable but nothing special here.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and a bit of caramel.

Sample from 33 cl bottle. Clear golden colour with a thin white head. Sweet aroma with grasses, earthy notes, pale malts. Taste is light sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes slightly drying with earthy notes. OK.
