On tap. Slightly hazy pale amber with a creamy white head. Tart fruity aroma. Light body, light berry-like fruitiness and a distinct and fresh tartness. No bitterness. Yup, very vinous. 130709

From tap at Sacramento Brewing. Pours a slight cloudy orange with a small pinkish head. Aroma is fruity and wineous of white wine. Fruity and wineous flavoured. Citric and light lacto flavoured finish. Smooth and nice refreshing fruity.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has strong notes of wine as well as spices, muscat and more. The flavor is very acidic with strong notes of winegrapes as well as medium notes of wood, lemon, and some spices - again muscat coming thru, leading to a tart lemony finish.

Draft. Orange amber beer with a whitish head. Tart, wine, and light malt aroma. Tart flavor with a bit of wine and light malt. Medium bodied. Tartness lingers leading to a bit of sourness. Wine is there with some light malt.

Tap at Sacramento Brewing. Served in a tulip. Poured a light orange/reddish color with a white head that didn’t last long. Sort of citric funky aroma. Medium body with fizzy carbonation. Flavor: Tart; Citric; underlying funk. Finishes astringent. Tartly tasty brew. Drinks way too easy. It is really good.

On tap at the Bruery. Pours with a beautiful hazed guava juice red colored body and a small, white head. Aroma is earthy with caramel, grapes and a bit of oak. Taste is champagne like with sour and grape notes with caramel, wood and citrus. Light bubbles, dry mouthfeel.
