Brewed again in 2024 after i guess several years. Same name and abv so i think i can review it here, though it might be a different recipe. Light golden, slightly pale, almost perfectly transparent. Average sized white head, good enough retention and nice lacing. Delicate but decently vivid tropical fruits hop notes (mango most noticeable), maybe a hint of white grapes, grassy notes complementing, a delicate cerealy/crackery malts base. Simple but nice. Same goes for the taste, simple but very clean/polished and nicely fresh; notes as per aroma. Quite low sweetness, low to medium bitterness, a delicate bittering edge; a fairly dry, quite refreshing feeling in both taste and aftertaste. Quite light bodied with average carbonation; very quaffable with a pleasantly lively but still delicate mouthfeel. Overall: a relatively simple, very well made modernly hopped pilsner; strikes a good mix of hop freshness and classic pilsner delicacy.

From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours standard golden with white foam. Aroma is delicate citrus and a little herbaceous. Body is relatively dense, with average carbonation. Taste starts sweet but bitterness soon overtakes, with tones of tropical fruits. Finish is average as well.
