Taster at the Lincoln Fill Station. Pours a dark, golden color, with a small, fine, off-white head. The aroma is lemon, butterscotch, rosemary, very faint strawberry, and salt. Sweet and syrupy, with a mild, tart finish. Light to medium body, with a slick, acidic finish. This is a pretty solid, basic sour.

Smaksprøve fra fat på Bishops Arms Malmø nov-18: lett ular lys rødgylden med fint skum som varer. Syrligfrisk med modne røde bær (særlig jordbær) og brett i en slank og elegant kropp. En god ganerenser.

Backlog. Deep golden colour with a small white fluffy head. Aroma is citrus, some herbal, mild berries, salt and some tartness to it. Flavour is kind of similar, but also has a quite sweet edge to it. Some acidity is lurking in the background.

Hazy pink yellow color. Could be the lifting. Smells like peaches and apricots and honey. Intensely sour middle to finish. Creamy mouthfeel. Peaches, apricot and cherry. Very tart. Mild acidity lingering with tree bark
