Negra, opaca, espuma beige de conservación media. Aroma a chocolate, maltas tostadas, café expreso. En poca posee cierto dulzor, muy bien equilibrado con un moderado amargor torrefacto, notas ahumadas, cafetosas y de chocolate puro. No es nada pesada, se bebe bien y se disfruta fácil, rica.
