Bottle @ home thanks to jcnielsen for sending. Tasted alongside Casey Plum Fruit Stand and Casey Plum Fruit Preserves. Dull, cloudy dark golden orange color with a lasting tan head. Aroma is full of plums, green herbs, weeds, acetic acid, flowers, sour cherries, and grapes. Lightly sour. A bit of lactic acid in the mouth but it is more acetic forward. Dull plum flavor with some flowers and grass and yogurt. No burn on the finish. Sort of fun to drink but I probably wouldn’t purchase another bottle. Thanks Justin!
