Bottle at the DCBeer May share. Poured a mostly clear, light amber hued orange color with a small off-white head. Aroma was some funky, tart grain. Floral bouquet, with passion fruit. Nice and pleasant and easy to drink.

375mL bottled Feb 2023, batch 6, drunk 8/18/23. Gushing bottle produces a cloudy plum juice-colored beer with a rapidly receding, off-white (plum tinged) head. Nose is gravy. All sorts of plum character from pit to skin to juice. Good acidity with lactic and light brett behind it. Cracker/biscuit malts in support, no alcohol or flaw. First sip is powerfully acidic up front garnering thoughts of acetic character but it tapers off quickly and turns out to be just intense plum acidity. Really, really lovely plum character with soft, supportive, but also well-attenuated malts. Juice and acid lingering with brett and lactic acidity pretty well-balanced. At 6 months old, it's assertive and flavorful, but could definitely see benefiting from another 6 months.

6.4% Batch 6, feb 23 Bottle from my wife. Goblet @home. Hazy, dull watermelon-grape sort of color. Ample, frothy, pale pink head. Sweet n sour nose: Rich muscadine & plum, floral, soft pickle & melon rind. Twangy plum, sweet muscadine/melon, stone pit astringent, lacto, salty tart, lime-y margarita finish. Frothy, slick, sidra funk. Would like to thin this out & increase the abv. Lots of flavors here. Gets better the next day.
