Tap@MBCC May 2017, Copenhagen - scarlet red pour with almost no head at all. Sour prominent blackberry fruity notes, light yeasty and malty, blackberry soaked oak wooden accents, tough of herbal nuances from the fennel into the close.

Spritziger, trocken säuerlicher Beginn. Holznoten, Fenchel ist glücklicherweise nur mild vorhanden. Beerig, milde Herbe, steigende Säure. Intensiver, lang anhaltender Abgang, erfrischend, harsch. 11/12/10/12//12

Bottle shared at Lucky Bamboo share. Thanks Aaron! Pours a ruby color with a small white head that lingers. Very blackberry forward nose with some light anise underneath. Some lemon zest-like aromas as it warms. Blackberry skin and seed on the palate, good acidity, some mineral notes and grassy character. Dry on the palate, but the blackberry flesh sweetness is there. Lingering tartness and dryness on the finish.
