On tap. Pours a cloudy and opaque red with a small and creamy pink head. Tart and fresh raspberry aroma. Light body, again fresh raspberry notes - a lactic sourness kinda like a Berliner Weisse. Not bad. 130709

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy red to pinkish with a small pink head. Aroma is citric raspberry. Fruity crisp raspberry flavoured. Smooth citric flavoured into the finish a longside a smooth raspberry fruity flavour. Nice one.

Draft. Big, rich raspberry aroma with a bit of brett. Raspberry flavor with a bit of tartness. Medium bodied and easy drinking. Raspberries linger with some earthiness and brett tartness. Raspberries really dominate this one, but there is a nice tartness to balance.

Draft at the brewpub. Dark berry/brown color with a pinkish head. Raspberry aroma. Medium body; firm carbonation. Flavors of raspberries and seed. Astringent. Not super sweet. Finishes dry with seed bitter. This one wasn’t exactly tart, but going that way. Excellent. Could sub for a mild sour.
