‘Zwaluw’ is grassy, fruity and bitter, with rye malt delivering a body to defy its low ABV and a heavy dosing of Amarillo in dry hop to equip it with a stone-fruit and citrus juiciness. Hops: amarillo, hallertau mittelfrüh, yeast: english ale, EBC: 05.

Hazy pale golden colour, tall loose frothy white head. Aroma pale malt, lemon, grapefruit, lemon grass, rye. Taste medium bitter and light sweet, malty, grainy, lemony, grassy. Dry bittersweet aftertaste, chalky and spicy notes, medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, good bitter rye ale.

Drucken på fat på Malmö Brygghus belgofestival. Trevligt lågalkholöl med pepprig råg, aprikoser och citrus och rejäl beska. Gott.

Sampled @ BXL Beerfest 2018. A hazy golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of dry grassy bitter hops, straw, rye. Taste of dry grainy malt, rye, wheat, hay, mild citrus medium to long bitter finish.

Draught at BXL Beer Fest, Brussels.
Orange, hazy body, with a medium, fluffy, lacing, yellowish head.
Aroma of citrus, rye, grapefruit, grass, flowers, subtle tropical fruits.
Tastes similar, while a bit lighter.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation.
Finishes dry, moderate bitter, zest, citric, grassy a bit piney.

Nice. Diverse nose, while the taste is a bit too light for me. Still fresh to drink, with nice fruit notes. Solid enough.

F: huge, snow-white, long lasting. C: shiny gold to dark gold, hazy with yeasty veils. A: citrus, floral, apricot, bit tropical fruits, bit gooseberries. T: light citrus, peach, very dry on the palate, bit earthy, grapefruits, floral, bit pear, light to almost medium body, lively carbonation, very refreshing and for 3,3% nice one, enjoyed, 33cl bottle from Prik&Tik Kampenhout bottle shop in Belgium.
