Rye session IPA by Siphon, bottle from Willems. Thick and moussy, snow white, tightly membrane-lacing, frothy and clearly hops-enhanced, stable head, hazy yellowish straw blonde robe with olive greenish hue. Bright, lively nose of fresh lemon zest, yellow grapefruit flesh, unripe melon, green apple, starfruit, white bread, banana peel, ripe apricot, freshly cut grass. Crisp, cleanly fruity onset, dryish but still just sweet enough to remain juicy, hinting at unripe banana, pear and green melon, minerally carbo, lively but not too coarse, perfect for the intended style and establishing additional 'fullness'; light bready and cereally maltiness with a certain 'dim' rye spiciness indeed - yet soon overwhelmed by a spicy, leafy, floral and grapefruit peel-tinged hop bitterness maintaining an interesting balance between 'nobility' and light New World brightness, long-lasting. Feeling definitely fuller than 3.3% ABV, but more than that, this is clean, dry, utterly elegant, quenching and characterful. A little gem, something in between old school Belgian 'bitter blond' and Anglo-Saxon session IPA. Excellent and remarkably well-made in its respective class.

On tap at the 11th Brugge beer Festival, Brugge, Belgium. A hazy golden/yellow coloured pour with a healthy white head on top. Fruity, malty, citrus, spice aroma. Tastes fruity, malty, citrus, spice. Quite tasty for 3.3%.

Bottle shared at THT. Slight gusher. Bit hazy pale straw with huge fluffy short lasting white head. Light spicy yeast, quite flowery, dry grains, CO2, grain husks, soft lime and soap. Very light sweet and under medium bitter. Light bodied with watery feel and quite some carbonation. Quite nice.

Shared from bottle at THT February 2018. Hazy golden with white head. Sweet malts, dry grass, grassy hops, peeled almond. Light sweet and moderate bitter. Medium body and loads of carbonation.

6 3 7 3 14 Bottle shared at TH winterbier T February (The cat edition). Hazy golden with a huge lively white head. Aroma of grain, mineral and light fruit. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Light to medium bodied with high carbonation.

Donkergeel bier met heel veel schuim wat lang blijft staan. Smaak is licht bitter hoppig en fruitig met iets van citrus en duidelijke hopsmaak. Erg goed bier.

Bottle from Cork & Cask. Hazy pale golden body with a thin white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of earth and peach skin. Flavour of papaya, stone fruit and grass. Thin body with a spritzy texture. Lively fizz. Good flavour for the strength.

Bottle. Pours unclear yellow, more like a white beer than a blonde beer. Small to regular sized, stable white head. Smell is full, bit rye, mild hoppy notes ( hidden ). Taste is sharp, bitter, lemon. High carbo, rather weak body. Very refreshing. To be drank like a way better lemonade. Nice.
