Lepola’s first product, which is still one of our most popular products. This medium dry apple cider is not too dry, and not too sweet, in our opinion it is just right for many tastes in terms of sweetness and acidity. The long maturation time gives the product white wine-like aromas.

The product is used in late autumn, when nature’s cooling temperature controls the fermentation process – controlled by Mother Nature. The fruitiness of the product comes from the combination of several apple varieties, creating a balanced cider.
