An apple infused ipa to bring a New Zealand style wineish character from the Nelson Sauvin and spicy peariness from Jarrylo. Soft on mouthfeel and the sweetness of apple balances out of the bitterness.

Draught @ Mallaskellari Aroma has floury and slightly sour apples and sweet malt. Flavour has sour and tart-ish apples, some hops and some vinegar. Apple-dominated and messy, not that good.
