1000ml bottle, thanks Timo A. Pours dark copper orange with a foamy head. Aroma of malts, caramel, hints of berries, hay and toffee. Taste is malty, caramely and sweetish with some berries, hay, toffee and earthiness. Finish is earthy, malty and caramely with some hay and berries. Feels more like a märzen than a doppelbock.

Aroma has berries, some malty notes and mild caramel. Also toffee. Flavour has toffee, some herbal tones, grapefruity hops and grainy malt. Not very DB-like and not my thing.
