Admin Note: Brewed without Liquid Riot this time and in stainless steel tanks rather than oak barrels this time.

Draught @ MBCC '17 [ Red Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Copenhagen Celebration 2017, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark. [ As Oxbow Infinite Darkness ].Clear dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, roasted - chocolate, light coffee, wood - barrel. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, roasted, dark malt, sweet malt, roasted - chocolate, wood - barrel, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. IMO. abit thin, and hides the 10% well. [20170513] 8-3-8-3-15

Draught @ Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2017 - Red Session
Pours black with a tan head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, cocoa, licorice and yeast. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long yeasty, chocolate and cocoa finish. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Draught @ MBCC 2017. Pours black with a brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, caramel, dark chocolate. Flavor is light sweet, roast malt, coffee, caramel, chocolate. Medium body, lively carbonation, light sweet finish. A bit thin for a 10% ABV beer. 130517

Tap@MBCC May 2017, Copenhagen - pours black with a tan head. Roasted and sweet malty with chocolate, some coffee, some caramel sweetness, dark fruit, roasted malty and spices into the finish.

Well, no idea where I should put this rating since I’m drinking an 11.5% version simply called Infinite Darkness. Draft at Salud Cerveceria. Black. Burnt coffee aroma. Taste is earthy coffee cola cocoa.

MBCC, 10%. Very dark brown with small beige head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, yeast and spices. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, yeast, medium sweet, barrel, spices and a little bitter.

Sample at MBCC. Almost black with a tan head. A bit sweet with roasted malt, caramel, dark fruit and chocolate. The body was full and the carbonation lively.
