Nice light pink fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, nice hazy pink-ish color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, soda powder, minerals, sour raspberries, berry skin, grass, hay, fruit stones, hints of grain. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish, soda powder, minerals, sorrel, fruit salt, sour raspberries, fruit stones, red currants, raw rhubarb. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Nice.

Tap at MBCC 2017, Red session. Poured a hazy pink colour with a thin broken off white head. The aroma is yeast, biscuit malt, rhubarb. The flavour is moderate sour with a dry doughy, watery light rhubarb palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.
