(Keg at Gallow’s Bird, 20140830) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had spiciness, sourness, fruitiness and tangerine. Palate was medium bodied with high carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, spiciness, grass, malts and bitterness. Afteraste was sour, spicy and bitter. A rather nice saison. A bit harsh.

Tap at Gallow’s Bird, Espoo. Colour is cloudy golden with small thick white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, spices, some sourness, some sweetness and yeast. Clean enjoyable average saison.

Draught @ Gallows Bird, Espoo

Pours orange with a thick white head. Aroma of ripe fruits, yeast, earthy notes and spices. Taste is smooth, estery and ripe fruity with some yeast and earthy notes. Finish is floral, herbal and earthy with some estery sweetness and ripe fruitiness. Some yeastiness too. Draught @ Gallows Bird, Espoo-päivä as "Nuuksion Panimo Saison"
Aroma has sweetish and grainy malt with funky yeasty tones. Also peaches and other fruits. Flavour has some citrus, grapefruit, funky yeasty tones and some urinal cake. Nice, like a more clean and rich version of Tallimestari. This has even some Fantôme-like elements.
