A unique twist on Modus Hoperandi, this citrus IPA is dry-hopped with a generous portion of Mandarina Bavaria hops and brewed with sweet orange peels.

12 oz. can. Pours a beautiful, dark ruby color, with a big, foamy, beige head. Aroma is orange peel and juice, cloves, ginger, and caramel. Off-sweet, with an unpleasant bitterness. Light to medium body, clingy, and a bit astringent. This IPA is wonderfully aromatic, but a little off in the flavor.

32oz growler, filled at King Convenience, pours up with a crystal clear copper body that supports a thin light tan head. The aroma offers up mandarina citrus and gummy bear notes as well as citrus sweet tart Smarties citrus flavored candy. Smells nice. The taste delivers modest bitter grapefruit like citrus hops and then quickly juicy tangelo, clementine and a dash of mango fruitiness come to the surface. It gets a tad citrus candy like midway and into the finish, in a good way. It ends a little dry. Darn tasty IPA.
