(355ml can from Systembolaget) Pours clear copper with a large whitish head that leaves loads of lace. Not surprisingly, the nose is mostly citrusy though not terribly strong overall. Orange peel and juice dominates, some grass, herbal soap, core of caramel sweetness. Flavour begins fairly sweet with lots of orange juice and zest, tangerine, weird tangy orange vitamin type note, grass and florals, caramel behind. Big citrus pith bitterness kicks in later, more grass and some pine, soapy. Finish dry, fairly high bitterness. Average body, fairly light carb. A little odd, off balance, inferior to the original.

Can. Pours a clear amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy hoppy grapefruit and mandarin aroma. Fruity malty hoppy bitter grapefruit flavor. Has a fruity malty grapefruit hoppy bitter finish.

Burk from SB. Djup bärnstensfärg, klar, medelhögt skum. Stor trevlig doft av apelsin/mandarinzest, färskpressad apelsinjuice, apelsinblom. Smaken har lite för stor apelsinkaraktär och blir för oljig och besk. En öl att lukta på helt enkelt!

Sample at Nöjesguidens Ölmässa. Orange pour with white head. Quite dry aroma and taste with grapefruit, lemon and zest being most dominant. The zesty notes are quite overpowering and leading to a dry, zesty finish. Lacks balance and sweetness.

Tap @ BA Vasagatan. Orangeröd vätska med ganska tunnt skum. Grape och definitivt lite apelsin i doften. Smaken var lite av en besvikelse. Saftig men inte speciellt god. Beskan finns där, ja. Men totalt sett en besvikelse.

Pour is a dark ruby red with a large white head. Aroma is a definite orange peel with a hop in the back round. Flavor is a bitter orange peel with some citrus. The orange peel is strong and kind of overpowers the hops. Finish is citus bitterness. The citric acid really stands out here almost making this more fruit beer than anything.
