Daily on vaalea, katkerahko suodattamaton britti ale, joka on humaloitu Fugglesilla ja East Kent Goldingilla, perinteisillä brittihumalilla. Maltaina ovat suomalaiset Pilsner ja Vienna maltaat. Vesi on omasta kaivosta.

Dailyn maku ja aromi tuleva parhaiten esiin olutlasista tarjoiltuna 12-14 C-asteisena.

Sameahko, haaleankultainen olut kohtalaisella, valkoisella ja varsin pysyvällä vaahdolla. Tuoksussa sitruunaa, aavistus eksoottista hedelmää, hiivaa ja happamuuta. Maku sitruksinen, melko hapan, hiivainen ja kuiva. Keskitäyteläinen runko, hiilihappoja kohtalaisesti. Hieman yksiulotteinen hapan ja hiivainen, kuivan sitruksinen kokonaisuus.

Tap at Syystoober 2014, Helsinki. Colour is cloudy yellow with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, citrus, sourness, tartness and some malts. Something is wrong. To the sewer.

(Bottle, 0.5 l - BB 31.08.2014, thanks laiti, 20140813) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had green apples, pear and yeast. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were yeast, tartness, green apples and bitterness. Aftertaste had green apples, tartness and bitterness. A bad unclean brew.

50 cl bottle @ home, BBE 31.08.2014
Aroma is a bit odd with gooseberry bush leaves and worty tones – perhaps also some yeast. Flavour has grapefruit, gooseberry bush, some herbal tones and hints of hay. Flat palate with almost no CO2 at all on tongue. Finishes a bit bitter in a harsh way. Mellow and messy – also a feeling of contamination with lactic notes occur at the end of the glass.
