Clear pale yellow beer, no head. Aroma: nice, lots of elder flower, sourish impression, floral, very fragrant. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: very sweet start, sugary, elder flowers, slightly sourish, lemony touch, a bit soapy. Aftertaste: more sugary, sweet, a bit sourish, refreshing but a little too sugary actually.

Tap. Unclear almost transparent color with no head. Aroma is big elderflower, nice honey. Taste is elderflower syrup, honey, just a dash of ginger for balance, good drinkability. Oily mouthfeel. Nice!
