Much like making kasha, this is a beer concept we’ve had on the slow burner for quite a while. The result is very satisfying indeed – a rich, nutty, wholesome beer for this time of the year. Enjoy it while it lasts!

Frothy white fair mostly diminishing head. Dark brown colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Short light bitter finish. Watery palate.

Can @ Torben Mathews tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, caramel, hops and has a nice roasty finish.
