Large bottle brought to Appellation Wines Comely Bank Campervan tasting by brewer Paul. Appearance - golden yellow. Thin head with very fine bubbles. Nose - funky and citrus. Light hay note. Taste - more citrus, funk and herbs going on. Palate - light to medium bodied with a tangy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - very authentic. Dupont would be happy with this.
