Collaboration with the Dog and Rabbit Whitley Bay. Double hopped, in fermentor and in cask. Malt - Maris Otter, Munich, malted oats,pale crystal and torrified wheat. Hops - loads of citra, simcoe and Cascade. Very fruity

1/12/2018. Bottle from Dog & Rabbit, Whitley Bay and shared at the 1st Kesgrave 50/50 bottle share. Pours slightly hazy dark gold with a small off-white head. Aroma of citrus, hops, caramel and light tropical fruit. Moderate sweetness, medium plus bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, average to soft carbonation. Nice bitterness to finish. Very good, equal 3rd at the bottle share.

On cask at the Guildford Arms. Appearance - golden amber with a nice lacy head. Nose - mainly toffee. Taste - caramel and some citrus. Burnt bread finish. Palate - medium bodied with a dry crunchy middle and finish. Overall - challenging but you get into it. Should be in ESB category.

Cask at the Guildford arms. Pours clear amber, nose is floral, toffee, biscuity malt, taste is sweet, juicy peach, floral.

Cask (gravity) @ NBF 2017 [ The 42th. Nottingham Beer Festival (The 10th Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival) ], Nottingham Castle, Friar Lane, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EB. [ As Dog & Rabbit / Cullercoats Sea Dog ]. Unclear medium yellow orange colour with a small, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, rye - oat, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, pine, citrus, grapefruit, light resin. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, resin, pine, citrus, grapefruit, rye - oat - wheat, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20171011] 7-3-7-3-15
