Draft. Amber color. Caramel, grass, vegetal notes, and a little citrus. Average, somewhat bitter flavor. Decent mouthfeel. Fine.

Bottle at Don Antonio restaurant, W 50th St, New York. Pours cloudy amber brown with a small lasting off-white head. Aroma of hop, caramel, fruit and molasses. Moderate sweetness, medium plus bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation.

Bottle, 0.33l. Hazy amber brown color woth large rocky off-white head and fair lacing. Aroma of citrus, yeast, grapes, must, sour cherry, passion fruit and some hay. Taste starts light sweet and sour grainy and yeasty, follows by sweet and rich toasted maltiness with mild dried fruits’ acidity, crisp and alcoholic mouthfeel and moderate bitter finish. Full body, thick texture and lively carbonation in palate. This one seems to me more like hoppy Belgian ale than IPA...

Deep amber cloudy good heat herbal note medium hoppy note some maty medium dryness good bitter final Ambrato carico un po velata biona schiuma persistente piuttosto grossolana discreti sentori luppolati note maltate piuttosto effervescente discreta secchezza buon amaro lieve lievito un po astringenze
