A balanced NEIPA with the right amount of mouthfeel. Brewed using a blend of Munich, Oats, Wheat and Barley; Mosaic, Bravo, Comet, Simcoe and Solero hops and K – 97 yeast. A soft, lush beer full of tropical fruit flavour and aroma.

500ml bottle from the brewery. Look - murky light amber/brown, small off white head, leaves a nice top and lacing. Nose - malts, earthy, pine, stewed tropical fruits. Taste - sweet malts, quite fruity - part tropical and part stone fruits, touch of cracker and biscuit. Nice peppery spice in the finish with a moderate bitterness Palate - medium body, smooth with a slight chewy texture, soft carbonation, dry. Its a very good IPA, goes down very easily.
