Cask at Crewe Dog, Crewe. Pours golden amber with minimal frothy off-white head. The aroma is mainly fruity hops plus blood oranges and brazil nuts. Traditional hops are the mainstay in the mouth, which are mainly bitter and juicy, but with some hidden sweetness. Oranges and peel with some balsam and mango coming through later to give a dry and tangy finish. This is quite decent

500ml bottle from the brewery. Look - slightly hazy dark gold/light amber, small fluffy white head, nice lacing. Aroma - biscuit malts, citrus and a light fruity hop. Taste - malty, crackers, bitter, astringent and yeasty, light fruit hop. Palate - medium body with a clingy dryness. Overall - not quite balanced for me but some good flavours.
