Light honey and some citrus. Pours hazy golden with OK head and lacing. Light tangy finish. Some hint of bubblegum. Ok and easy drinking but not really up to par of their other beers. Tap at brewpub.

Bottle. Cloudy straw color, fluffy white head. Aroma of peppery overripe lemon haystacks. Taste is funky citrus and straw. Tasty.

375ml bottle at the Hoppy Pub, Thessaloniki, courtesy of skullgeorge. Light hazy golden color with white head. Yeasty aroma, citrusy fruity, wood and funky notes, some honey notes too. Sweet and bitter taste, funky sweet citrusy fruity and honey notes again. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Hazy blonde. Spicy, light coriander and floral honey notes. Sweet pale malts, coriander, dryish character and a light yeastiness. This is light, refreshing and subtly honeyish.

Pours a hazy light golden-amber colour with a frothy white head that goes down slowly and gives out foamy lacing. Fruity malt aromas with some sweetness from the honey, fruitiness from the Saison yeast and some grass from the hops. The taste is a little sweet, but honey is well-blended. Some mild sourness, yeast tart and grassy hop in the finish. Lactic notes. Quite an interesting beer with lots of Belgian characteristics. Still prefer their Saison du Tracteur in this style.

The Sampler, brooklyn bottle: pours light hazy copper with a small white head. Aroma is yeast, malt, and honey. Taste isnt really sour as advertised on the label. Honey at the finish. Mostly a sweet and malty belgian ale. Not bad.

Bottle from Brewery Creek, Vancouver
Cloudy blond color with medium sized head. Nice aroma, a bit spicy, sweat, honey, yeast. The mouthfeel is dry and smooth, it has some cork feeling, pleasant one; light astringency; refreshing, nice character.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out farmhouse yeast, some honey, and lactic notes. Flavour is very well-balanced, with a good blend of honey, farmhouse yeast, and maybe a touch of lactic notes. Can't fault much here -- the balance is great. The right amount of honey and a lot of yeast, but it's well-placed. Very good.
