Draught at Harry’s Hofbrau in Redwood City. Hazy deep pumpkin orange with white head hat fades quickly to a ring. Citrus aroma follows through to a run, tangerine and candied pecan. So tasty. Alcohol well hidden.

MBCC. Hazy amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, lemon and tart. Flavour is malt, fruit, lemon, tart, sour, citric, medium dry and warming.

On tap at St. Augustine during 1500 menu event with Alex. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is a littlr bie weird with some spices and sweet buns notes. Taste is fermented stone fruits with some acetone notes. Sour fermented apricots aftertaste. Interesting stuff.

Bottle @ MBCC 2017. Pours slightly hazy golden with a small offwhite head. Aroma of malt, sourness, yeast, wood, tart fruit, citrus, tangarine. Flavor is rather sour, light sweet, yeast, wood, rich tart fruit, citrus. Medium body, average carbonation, acidic finish. 120517

[5/12/17] Draught at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2017. Blue session. Golden. Citrus, oak, some funk, a bit of alcohol, sour, kinda acidic. Very good.

Sampled @ Mikkeller Beer Celebration 2017, Blue Session. Fast klare dunkel goldene Farbe. Geruch ist mild säuerlich fruchtig, Trauben. Geschmack nach limetten, wenig Äpfel, spritzig säuerlich.

0,05l from tap at MBCC blue session shared with / by the crew. Vintage 2015. orange hazy color, small white head. smells of wood, marzipan, nutty, bit earthy, light coconut. nice smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes sweet, lightly acidic, grassy, fruit notes, marzipan, light apples, some wood. finishes rather balanced with light sweetness and light acidic notes and marzipan, apples and some grass. very nice balance on the taste, quite good one overall 7, 4, 8, 4, 16
