Bottle @ Home, courtesy of Henriksoegaard, Thanks! Pours golden with a huge white head, loads of lively bubbles. Aroma of wheat, yeast, light spice, light hay, sugar. Flavor is light sweet, malt, wheat, yeast, hay, little sugar, light spice. Medium body, average carbonation, lively carbonation. 080718

Bottle 330ml. [ As La Birreria Trapella Scrum ].Clear medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, light herbs, light yeast, witbier yeast. Flavor is light moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, wheat, witbier yeast, herbs - spice notes. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170930] 5-3-5-3-8

Bottle, 5%. Clear yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, yeast, wheat, spices, fruit and herbs. Flavour is malt, wheat, spices, yeast, herbs, medium sweet and a little bitter.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are grass, straw, malt, hops and has a sweet grassy finish.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Some orange notes. Short light bitter finish. Watery palate.
