A bright yellow color from the Winter red wheat and pilsner malt. Almost opaque from suspended yeast. This Bavarian strain of yeast also provides the banana and clove aromatics that identify the style. a fluffy white head tops this slightly fruity/spicey offering. Light bodied, with a smooth breadiness, it finishes with a light herbal hop finish.
