Tap at source, very dark brown. Odd mild bacon nose. Slight o2 on the uptake. A bit mild in teh smoked flavor compared to other the domestic heavily smoked brews that are totally in yer smokey face. Just a hint of bitter bite. I'm not a fan of smoked brews but I find this rather acceptable. Its right up there with Hitchhiker The Drifter Gratzer, Church Brew Rauchbier, Beaver Smokey the Beaver, East End Lavery Rojo Ahumado, Iron Hill Rauch Weizen and Earnest Oscar The Rauchbier.
